Green concept Builders is a registered Master Builder and Green Smart Green Builder building company who have been based on the Mornington Peninsula for many years. We have over 25 years experience building extensions, renovations, 2nd storeys, new homes and units.
We aim to listen carefully, provide honest advice and clear reasoning to help make the building process as limitless and smooth as possible. We have a Building Liaison Officer to help guide you through all the decisions that need to be made during the building process.
As a company Green Concept Builders care about the environment and where possible we recycle, re-use and keep our work sites, tidy, safe and organised. We are green builders and prefer to use “Green” products in our building constructions to encourage sustainable healthy concepts in construction materials. However how far this goes is at the owner’s discretion.
We offer a Green Building Concept Living Options service, which is advice on how to integrate green concepts into your house design/ construction. We have experience in building energy efficient homes utilising the latest green building concepts from grey water systems to creating a non asmatic home. Green Concept Builders have existing house designs which have the flexibility to include green building concepts if desired, therefore offering a wide range of possibilities for what you want in a home.
